Student Schedules

Schedule change requests will be handled electronically for the 2019-2020 school year. 

Immediate Schedule Changes will be addressed Monday, August 12th through Wednesday, August 14th through the Guidance Team. 

Immediate Schedule Changes Include: 

  • Incorrect course sequence
  • Duplicate course
  • Blank period on schedule
  • Course prerequisite not met
  • Credit already received for course
  • Course needed for graduation

The elective schedule change form above will open and begin accepting responses on August 14, 2019. The deadline to submit any and all schedule change requests is August 23, 2019 at 2:20 pm. Please reference back to this page on August 14th for active link. 

Students please use this link to submit a request to change a class. Your counselor will call you down if the change is made. If your request cannot be filled your counselor will email you on your school email address. This link will be live until August 23rd at 3 pm and can only be accessed by using your OCPS log on information. Please do not come down to guidance as our counselors are busy trying to accommodate these requests.


Schedule change requests that cannot be granted are the following:

  • Desire for a different instructor or lunch period
  • Credit for course not needed
  • Signed up for night school, FLVS or college class
  • Desire to raise GPA
  • Did not request elective
  • Earning a failing grade in a course
