Transcript Requests 

Seniors please use the following link to request a Final Official Transcript https://tinyurl.com/finaltranscript-2020 The transcripts will be sent to your college after May 28th. Please make sure you have the correct mailing address of the school you will be attending. You will receive an unofficial transcript when you get your diploma.

NOTE: All transcript requests require proof of identification, a signature and payment of $2 per transcript.

Please mail, email or hand deliver your request to the Edgewater High School, Guidance Office, 3100 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804-3722.

 Process Update

  • For current students, there will be no charge for an official or unofficial  transcript.
  • Transcript requests can be processed electronically though Skyward to your Post Secondary Institution or College if you graduated in 2015 or Later . 
  • Transcripts can be sent via USPS (mail), FAX or Picked up in our Student Services Office.

Once Edgewater High School has received your request and payment, it will take 3-5 days for us to process your request, please note that transcripts prior to 1990may take longer than those after 1990.


Requesting  Transcripts & Records for Someone Else:

Information needed to obtain records includes:

  • The present name of the student
  • Name while attending school/maiden name (if different than present name)
  • Name of Orange County Public Schools(s) for which you are requesting records
  • If the student attended an adult, community or vocational school, a list of the course(s) for which you are requesting records
  • Year last attended
  • Date of birth
  • Address or fax number where the records should be sent
  • Signature
  • Copy of driver’s license, state ID or another form of identification showing proof of name and date of birth
  • Student Release Authorization Form 

Anyone interested in obtaining student records can do so by faxing or mailing a request to their school. If the school you attended is no longer open you may request your educational records from the nearest high school.
