Student Records

NOTE: All transcript requests require a signature and payment of $2 per transcript.

Mail or hand deliver to the Edgewater High School, Guidance Office, 3100 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804-3722, with your $5 payment.

 Process Update

  • For current students, there will be no charge for an official or unofficial electronic transcript order.
  • Current students who request a paper copy, official or unofficial, will be charged $2.00 per copy. This does not include unofficial transcripts provided by schools for students and parents to audit.
  • All OCPS Alumni will be charged $2.00 for an electronic or paper copy of official or unofficial transcripts. Students are considered Alumni the first day of the new school year following graduation (ex: A 2018 graduate is conserved an Alumna as of August 13, 2018).
  • Students may request transcripts via Naviance Family Connection.
  • Transcript requests will be tracked in Naviance and processed via FASTER


In turn, when Edgewater High School receives your request and payment, it will take 3-5 days for us to receive your transcript, process it, and either mail or have it ready for pick-up; however, please note that transcripts prior to 1990 may take longer than those after 1990.


Additional Information Regarding Student Record Requests

Anyone interested in obtaining student records can do so by faxing or mailing a request to their school. If the school you attended is no longer open you may request your educational records from the nearest high school.

You may utilize the Student Records Release Authorization form by clicking on the link and include it when you request your records. If you are requesting your records in person please note that this is an overnight process.

 

Student Records Release Authorization

 

Information needed to obtain records includes:

  • Present name of student
  • Name while attending school/maiden name (if different than present name)
  • Name of Orange County Public Schools(s) for which you are requesting records
  • If student attended an adult, community or vocational school, a list of the course(s) for which you are requesting records
  • Year last attended
  • Date of birth
  • Address or fax number where the records should be sent
  • Signature
  • Copy of driver’s license, state ID or other form of identification showing proof of name and date of birth
