How to request a high school transcript: 

Step 1: Download and fill out Transcript Request Form (Word document)

  • Please list name while attending school
  • Please list the FULL designated mailing address to where the transcript will be sent
  • Please select if you will need an official (sealed/signed) or unofficial transcript  

Step 2. Complete Payment:

  • SchoolPay will request your Student ID number, please list "N/A" if you do not remember it 
  • Please save a copy of your receipt as proof of your payment. 

Step 3: Send Documents to Ms. McLaughlin at: [email protected]

  • Please send ALL the following documents to email address provided (Transcript request form, ID/Driver's License, SchoolPay receipt)
  • Please note all transcripts are processed in 2-3 days
  • Current EHS students do not have to submit payment for transcripts.  

Requesting Transcripts & Records for Someone Else:

Information needed to obtain records includes:

  • The present name of the student
  • Name while attending school/maiden name (if different than present name)
  • Name of Orange County Public Schools(s) for which you are requesting records
  • If the student attended an adult, community or vocational school, a list of the course(s) for which you are requesting records
  • Year last attended
  • Date of birth
  • Address or fax number where the records should be sent
  • Signature
  • Copy of driver’s license, state ID or another form of identification showing proof of name and date of birth
  • Student Release Authorization Form

Anyone interested in obtaining student records can do so by faxing or mailing a request to their school. If the school you attended is no longer open you may request your educational records from the nearest high school.

Please include the Student Records Release Authorization form by clicking on the link, and attach the Transcript Request Form when submitting your request.
