ACT Save the Date 2026

Dear Edgewater Students and Families,
 
 We are excited to announce that Edgewater High School will administer a school-day ACT exam for all juniors on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. This exam will be free of charge for 11th grade students.
 
 ACT scores can be used to:

  • Help meet Math and ELA graduation requirements
  • Fulfill college entrance requirements

Registration:
 All juniors will be automatically registered for the exam—no action is required from families.
 
 What to Bring on Test Day:

  • An approved calculator for the Math section
  • A healthy snack and water for breaks

Calculator Policy:
 Students may bring a calculator for the Math section. Approved calculators include most graphing, scientific, and four-function calculators. For a full list of acceptable calculators, please visit the official ACT policy page:

We strongly encourage students to take advantage of our free ACT tutoring sessions, offered every Wednesday after school. This is a great opportunity to prepare and maximize success on the exam.
