Student Technology Help

Students do you have an issue with your laptop?

• If yes, please use the Student Tech Request link on Launchpad.ocps.net to put in a request for help.
• Visit the Technology Service Representative (TSR) 2-203 for help during tech hours (2^nd and 6^th period)
• If you need help outside of tech hours, please have your teacher call the TSR to make sure he is available.

Need to pay digital fines?
You can pay in cash in the media center or by using SchoolPay.

• Charger and laptop accessory fines

Need Skyward help?
Parents can access Skyward information on the OCPS website.

A “Family Access” Canvas course has also been developed for parents to utilize as an additional tool to familiarize themselves with the Skyward system. This Canvas course will automatically be assigned to each parent account in LaunchPad.
