Eligibility
All services are free of charge and are provided on-campus at Edgewater High School. All students are eligible for services, regardless of insurance status. The patient's family is responsible for the cost of any necessary prescriptions.
Access
To schedule an appointment, please return the signed consent form ("Consent for School-Based Healthcare Services") to the School-Based Health Center in room 1-105A. Contact Darcy Ravndal, ARNP at (407) 835-4900 ext. 6062023 to schedule an appointment. You can also schedule an appointment in room 1-105A.
Hours and Appointment Times
The School-Based Health Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. All appointments will be made before school, during lunch, or with a teacher's permission during an elective course. Sick visits will be seen on an as-needed basis. Students must have a pass to come to the School-Based Health Center.
