Graduation Eligibility
Participation in the graduation ceremony means that you have met ALL OCPS graduation requirements. If you do not meet the requirements, you will not be able to walk in May, but you may be eligible for the OCPS Rainbow Graduation that occurs later in the summer if you meet all the requirements at that point.

Notes from Guidance
The Guidance Department would like to remind seniors that all online coursework through FLVS and/or Edgenuity needs to be completed with final grades provided to your school counselor prior to Senior Clearance Day (5/21/2018). Students who do not complete their online course requirement will not be eligible to participate in commencement.
Seniors should also keep up grades through the fourth quarter in order to improve their course grades and cumulative GPA. Remember that you must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA for high school graduation and your final senior year grades may be the difference for you. Even though you may have already been accepted to a college or university, they may rescind their offer of admission based on satisfactory completion of your current classes. Students who have yet to fulfill their FSA ELA testing requirement should continue to pursue testing opportunities through SAT or ACT. Your counselors will contact you ASAP when we receive test scores from the last FSA ELA test in April. Please make an appointment with your guidance counselor if you have any questions or concerns.
