Title I schools are chosen using state verified data. State Direct Certified data is the number of students/families who qualify directly for SNAP, Homeless, Migrant, Medicaid or Foster Care as verified by the state. For more information about Title 1, visit the Title 1 OCPS website.

The Parent and Family Engagement Plan (PFEP) was developed with stakeholders including parents of children participating in Title I, Part A programs.

The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is intended to be the primary artifact used by every school with stakeholders to review data, set goals, create an action plan and monitor progress. The Department encourages schools to use the SIP as a “living document” by continually updating, refining and using the plan to guide their work throughout the year.
